Email notification for emergency access responsibility assignment

When an emergency access responsibility is assigned to a user, an email notification with this information can be sent to the owner of the newly assigned emergency responsibility.

For this, configure the settings in AMSConfig.xml located at [InstallPath] \BizRightsPresentation\xml.The figure below is an example of configuring the setting to ‘true’.

Configure the xml as :

XML file name and path	[Install Path]\BizRightsPresentation\xml
Node	<enableaodnotificationsbyrole>false</enableaodnotificationsbyrole>
Configuration settings	Configure the value in the node to true. This setting is applicable only for: Emergency access responsibilities that are revoked after the setting is modified. Users assigned responsibility ownership after the setting is modified.
Default	false. This means the owner of the emergency access responsibility does not receive an email notification about the responsibility assignment.
