Maximum number of values excluded for any user attribute
While building a rule, you can specify the .maximum number of values that can be excluded for any user attribute. The default value is 15. Use the file 760034c8-edf5-4bac-9eba-bfe895543d26_Exclusion.xml to configure the number of values that can be excluded for an attribute.

Configure the XML as :
