Modifying internet explorer settings

All users accessing Certification Manager through Infor LTR must modify their Internet Explorer settings as follows:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings.
  3. In the Compatibility View Settings window, clear the following check boxes:
    • Include updated website lists from Microsoft
    • Display intranet sites in Compatibility view
    • Display all websites in Compatibility view
