Minimum permissions required for upgrade

The following accounts are required for upgrade and must be assigned permissions as per the table below:

Certification Manager upgrade account	Must be a part of the local Administrators Group on the Certification Manager application server.	Run the upgrade wizard
Database account	sysadmin	Access the Certification Manager database.
Certification Manager Services account	Must be a part of the local Administrators Group on the Certification Manager application server.	Publish reports in Certification Manager
MSSSRS account	Content Manager rights on MSSSRS.	Publish reports
