Environment Check
This tab displays a comprehensive picture of your Infor Risk & Compliance installation and enables you to check the Infor Risk & Compliance environment. The information is maintained on the following panels.
- Directory: This panel displays details such as the Directory type in use, the server on which Infor Risk & Compliance is installed and so on. Click to check the connectivity with the IRC server.
- Database: This panel displays details such as the database server name and database account details. Click to check the connectivity with the database server. The result is displayed in the Test Result column.
- Servers: This panel displays server details such as processor information, memory available, the last machine reboot time and so on. The date and time displayed here is according to the local time zone that is configured on the Preferences page.
- Proxy & IIS: For Infor Risk & Compliance to function properly, the Proxy settings should be disabled. This panel displays details of the Proxy Server and the status of IIS anonymous user. For example, the status of the Proxy Server, the name of the IIS user, virtual folder settings, policies set for an anonymous user to sign into the windows server on which Infor Risk & Compliance is installed. The Name of the Client to Test field displays the name of the client on which Infor Risk & Compliance is installed. Click the icon to check the connectivity with the Proxy server.
- Folder Permissions: This panel displays the access details of folders and files listed.
- Miscellaneous: The DNS Settings (Domain Naming Services) panel displays miscellaneous details such as the Host, Full Name, and Accessibility. The Locale panel displays miscellaneous details such as name of the SQL server on which Infor Risk & Compliance database is created, the status of MSSSRS (reports server). Click to check the windows locale on the SQL server. The default locale is US English.
To generate the Infor Risk & Compliance Server Health report, click the button on the left hand top corner of the page. This is a consolidated report of the details displayed on all the panels.
