Download information

You have these download options:

• Download page level information

  To download top level exception information:

  1. Click the Download Data icon on the upper right side of the window next to the pager.
  2. The top level exceptions across all the pages of the grid are downloaded to a CSV file.
  3. You can either save or open the CSV file.
• Download details of selected exceptions

  To download the reasons for the selected exceptions to a CSV file:

  1. Select the check-box next to the required exceptions.
  2. Click the Download Details icon next to the action icons. A long running task is created and can be monitored on the Tasks page.
  3. After the task is complete, go to Inbox > Reports page to view the downloaded details.
