Lock a Rule Book

By default, a rule book is always unlocked. For reasons of security, you may want to lock the rule book so that it cannot be modified, enabled or disabled. Locked rule books also cannot be imported.

Multiple rule books may be locked at a time. Lock a rule book as follows:

  1. Select the rule book to be locked.
  2. Click  the More Actions icon and then click Lock. The locked rule book is identified with the Locked icon.
Note: The Search and Replace functionality is not available for Locked rule books.
