Creating a New Rule Book

Use rule books to efficiently manage the business needs of an organization. After creating a rule book, you can start creating rules in that rule book.

To create a new rule book:

  1. Provide details on the General Information and More Details panels .
  2. Click Save. The rule book is displayed on the Rule Books page.
    Note: Click My Notifications to notify users via email about the events relevant to this task.

    On the Add Notification page, if you subscribe to the event Violations/Exceptions generated for Rules in Rule Book , then post-analysis e-mail that is sent to the specified user will contain these hyperlinks depending on the settings configured in the SetNotifications.xml.
