Report Settings

If there are a large number of reports on the Infor Risk & Compliance server, you can store them on a shared folder of a remote machine within the same domain. This is required to save disc space on the application server.

To do this, you need to provide the following details:

  1. In the Report Schedule Share Path field, provide the path for the shared folder on the remote machine.  The shared folder must have full read and write permissions. Ensure that 'everyone' has full permissions on this shared folder. The path should be provided in the UNC format. For example, \\machine name\Share.
Note: You have the option to change the specified shared folder path. All the reports generated after changing the shared folder path will be saved at the new location. However, the old reports that were generated before changing the shared folder path have to be manually copied to the new location by the Administrator.
  2. In the User Name and Password fields, provide the credentials of the user who will access reports on the remote machine.
  3. In the Domain Name field, provide the domain name of the remote machine.
  4. Select the check box File based shared delivery. Provide the credentials to enable users to save the reports to the specified report schedule share folder on the remote machine. Leave this check box cleared if the credentials for the Infor Risk & Compliance application server and the remote report server are the same.
  5. Click Save.

After configuring these settings, reports are stored at this location.
