Lawson Inventory Insight - Simple rule

This section walks you through the process of creating simple rules for Lawson Inventory Process Insights rules.

  • Rule Book Name: Lawson Inventory Process Insight rules
  • Rule Name: Inactive Inventory items

Reporting Fields

Click the Reporting Fields tab to select additional fields you want displayed in the Business Process Exceptions report as well as the order in which these fields are to be displayed on the Exceptions browser.

The Rule Summary tab enables you to provide high level information about the reason for the exceptions generated by the primary object in a rule. This information is displayed on the third level of the Exceptions page.

For this rule, select the following reporting fields.

  • Item Master.Item
  • Item Master.Description
  • Item Master.Added-date
  • Item Master.Community-code
  • Item Master.Item Group
  • Item Master.Item Location Reference.Location
  • Item Master.Item Location Reference.Company
  • Item Master.Item Location Reference.Soh-qty

You may delete the fields added here or you may add more fields.
