Process Detail tab
Provide the following details on the General Information panel:
- Name
Provide a unique name for the approval process template. This is the name by which it is identified on the Approval Process Templates page.
- Type
From the drop-down list, select the request type for which the approval process template is to be created. The request types in the drop-down list depend on the Insights installed.
Note: Approval process templates for Emergency Access requests cannot be created as they are shipped with the application. - Connection
Provide the connection for which the approval process template is being created.
Note: Multiple connections may be selected. In this case, the default approval process template for All connections will be used.If Central User Administration (CUA) is configured for Infor Risk & Compliance , the Connections drop-down list will display all clients that the CUA server manages.
By default all connections are selected. To select specific connections, clear the ALL check box. Type in a part of the connection name in the autosuggest text box. All the connection names matching the search criteria are displayed. Select the required connection.
Alternatively, browse and select the required connection and click Connections field.

Select a default approver to process the request in case the request approver is not available. Multiple default approvers may be selected.
To select a default approver, type in a part of the approver's name in the autosuggest text box. All the names matching the search criteria are displayed. Select the required approver.

Provide any additional information to describe the purpose of this template.

Displays the name of the template creator.
The Options panel contains a list of pre-set approval options that may be modified. Modification is possible only if the check-box override this option is selected on the Access Management section on the Configuration page.
Not all the options listed in the Approval Options are available for modification. The following options are available:
