Actions from the Calender View page
This page enables you to perform the following actions:
- Search for a scheduled task
- Scheduling a new analysis:
Perform an analysis on the extracted data to identify violations.
- Click the
- Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
- From the Task Type drop-down list, select Analysis.
- Fill in the details as explained in the topic Create or Edit an Analysis Schedule and click . The analysis task is displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.

extraction
Create an extraction schedule to extract data from the desired connection.

- Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
- From the Task Type drop-down list, select Extraction .
- Fill in the details as explained in the topic Create or Edit an Extraction Schedule and click Save and Close. The extraction task is displayed on the Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page.

Create a system downtime schedule when you have to make the Infor Risk & Compliance system unavailable to the users.

- Fill in the details as explained in the topic Schedule System Downtime and click Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page. . The system downtime and system uptime tasks are displayed on the

- Scheduling an archive task
To create a new archive schedule from the Schedules (Calendar View) page:
- Click the New Archive Schedule page displayed. icon and then click The

information on this page to create a new archive schedule.

- Double-click the calendar. A pop-up window is displayed.
- From the Task Type drop-down list, select Archive .
- Fill in the details as explained in the topic create a new archive schedule and click Schedules page and on the Schedules (Calendar View) page. . The newly created task is displayed on the
- Editing a task A task can
be edited if it is recurring, or if it is scheduled but is still not executed.
You can edit an extraction task , an analysis task , a system downtime task and
an archive task.
- Double click the desired task. A pop-up window is displayed containing the details of the task. Edit the desired details.
