Infor - User Creation

The User Creation What-if analysis for Infor helps you determine the impact of creating a user in your ERP system and assigning roles to that user.

To create a Infor - User Creation What-if:

1. Provide details on the following panels:
   • General information: Use this panel to provide the following general information about the What-if:
     • What-if name.
     • Connection.
     • New user ID.
     • First name and last name.
   • New roles to be assigned to the user.
   • Select Rule Books.
   • More details.
2. Click Analyze. The analyzed What-if analysis is displayed on the What-if Analysis home page. Click the link to view the violations generated and take further action.

If Access Manager for Infor is installed on your server, you can create a User Creation type of request from this What-if analysis as follows:

• If the What-if analysis does not generate violations, you can create a request either from the What-if home page or the Violation Details page.
• If the What-if analysis generates violations, you can create a request only from the Violation Details page.
