Build the rule condition

Rule summary: This rule states that users creating and maintaining dispatch notes cannot confirm the dispatch notes. Users performing both these activities are considered as violating objects for this rule.

Build the rule condition as follows:

  1. On the Conditions tab, click Convert to Conflicts Rule. The Conflict With panel is displayed.
  2. Select Permission, Values and the operators in Group 1 and Group 2 as listed in the tables below.

    • Confirm All

    Select the Permission and Values in Group 1 and Group 2 as follows:

    1. To select the required Permission, click Add Permission. The Browse Permission window is displayed. Select the required Permission listed  from the Select Objects tab and click Add.
    2. Expand the Permission added and select the operator Any.
    3. Click Add Values. Select the required values from Select Objects tab of the Browse Property Value window and click Add.

    You have the option to select the operator All for this rule. Depending on the operator selected for Group 1 and Group 2, there may be the following scenarios:

    Any Any Users assigned any of the  Permission and Values selected in Group 1 and any of the Permission and Values selected in Group 2 are detected as violations
    All All Users  assigned all the Permission and Values selected in Group 1 and all the Permission and Values selected in Group 2 are detected as violations.
    Any   All Users  assigned any of the  Permission and Values selected in Group 1 and all the Permission and Values selected in Group 2 are detected as violations.
    All Any Users  assigned all the Permission and Values selected in Group 1 and any of the Permission and Values selected in Group 2 are detected as violations.
