Archiving Business Process Exceptions

The Archive Business Process Exceptions report displays exceptions generated during a Process Insight analysis. It is similar to the Business Process Exceptions report (Manage > Report Subscriptions > Reports > Business Process Exceptions), but the only difference is that the Archive Business Process Exceptions report displays exceptions based on the analysis of data from the archive database whereas the Business Process Exception report displays exceptions for data from the Infor Risk & Compliance database.

 

To view Archive Business Process Exceptions report:

  1. Click Reports > Archive Business Process Exceptions. The Archive Business Process Exceptions page is displayed. .
  2. From the Archive Connections drop-down list, select the required archive connection name to point to the database where Process Insight analyses are archived.
  3. Provide the required filters to scope down the reports.
  4. Click the Run of Demand icon.
