Security

The Security page provides a platform that enables you to manage users, roles and password settings in Infor Risk & Compliance. Through this section you can create or delete users in the application, create custom roles, change user passwords or activate users. Information is displayed on the following tabs:

  • User Management - This tab contains a list of all the Infor Risk & Compliance users and the roles assigned to them.
  • Role Management - This tab lists all the Infor Risk & Compliance roles with a description of each role and what the role is authorized to do .
  • Password Policies - This tab enables you to set the password policies and account policies for these users.

User Management

The User Management tab lists all Infor Risk & Compliance users and mapped connection users. User details such as the user ID, roles assigned, email addresses and the last sign-in date and time are also displayed on this tab. The last sign-in date and time is according to the local time zone defined on the Preferences page.

Icons next to the user name indicate the status of the user. Hover your mouse over the icon to view the status.

Mapped users are indicated with the Mapped icon. Click the icon to view details of the ERP applications the user is from and the connection from which the user was extracted. Multiple connections listed in this view indicate that the user is merged across these connections.

Note: Unmapped connection users are listed on the Users page.

Note: While an SAP extraction is in progress, the actions listed above cannot be performed. In order to perform these actions, you need to configure the PostExtractSPConfig.xml file. For details, see the SAP - Configuration Settings Guide.
