By Rule Book

The By Rule Book tab (open by default) displays the total count of exceptions by rule book. It also displays the rule book name and the exception count by priority. Typically this is functionally based (for example, Procure to Pay), but is completely customizable during your rule design.

For a more detailed view of the exceptions for a specific rule book, click on a rule book name link to open the By Rule tab displaying the list of rules in the selected rule book and the exceptions per rule.

If rule books are deleted after analyzing data, the exceptions related to the deleted rule books are closed for analysis. Such closed exceptions can only be viewed by users having an Administrator role. Users with roles such as Business Process Owner, Auditor or any custom role will not be able to view the closed exceptions.
