Object Details

The Object Details page provides detailed information about the selected primary object. Information is provided through several tabs that enable you to review information in different ways so that you can understand the issues surrounding what it is that you are reviewing.

The tabs include:

  • Research

    This tab provides information on two panels. The left panel contains details about the selected object in the form of Intellilinks or navigation options. For example, if the object selected is Purchase Order, the left panel will list details such as line items or goods receipt. The right panel would contain general details about the purchase order such as the purchase order ID and the creation date. If you clicked a line item Intellilink on the left panel, the right panel would display all the line items for that purchase order as hyperlinks. Click any of the links to drill down into further details.

  • Other Exceptions

    This tab provides the context of any exceptions generated from the rule books owned by the signed in user to which this object may be contributing. If it is involved in any exceptions, a list of the rules and the associated risk are displayed.

    For example, if you see two rules listed on this page, that means this particular purchase order has contributed to three exceptions in total. This information is useful in understanding the impact of a single object across your rules landscape and can be used to track down the cause of an issue.

  • Fields

    This tab lists all the fields that Infor Risk & Compliance has extracted for the selected object and the field values.
