Build the rule condition

Rule summary: When an analysis is performed using this rule, all  users creating and maintaining dispatch notes are displayed as violations for this rule.

Build the rule condition on the Conditions tab as follows:

  1. To select the required Permission, click Add Permission. The Browse Permission window is displayed. Select the required Permission listed  from the Select Objects tab and click Add.
  2. Expand the Permission added and select the operator Any.
  3. Click Add Values. Select the required values from Select Objects tab of the Browse Value window and click Add.

    Select Permission, Values and the operators in Group 1 as listed in the table below.

    Group Permission List to be selected Values to be selected
    Group 1 Inventory Pick Confirmation
    • Manual Allocations
    • OK
    • Serial Numbers

    Users assigned any of these Permission and Values are displayed as violations for this rule.
