Remove the Infor adapter

Removing the adapter will remove it from Infor Risk & Compliance but not from your system. All installed Insights and their data will also be automatically removed from your system. However, when you remove the adapter, you have the option of first backing up required data.

Remove the adapter as follows:

  1. Click Remove Adapter. A system displays a confirmation message and also provides an option to delete specific data while you remove the adapter. To delete specific data, select the required check boxes:
    1. Delete rules -  To delete rules for all Insights
    2. Delete violation / exception data - This deletes violation or exception details for all Insights.
    3. Delete extracted data - To delete extracted data for all Insights
  2. Click OK to remove the adapter.
