Full Extraction
In a full extraction, data from the previous extraction is replaced with the latest extracted data. This type of extraction can be used if you want to refresh your data, if a previous extraction has failed, or if you encounter some internal problems.
Note: After a full extraction, users in SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft are
re-mapped. This has an impact on requests and approval process templates.

Note: The first extraction for Authorizations Insight for Infor is a full
extraction. The subsequent extractions are real time extraction tasks as the
default setting in the
<EnableRealtimeIONExtraction> node of the file
ExtractionSettings.xml is set to true. Only those BODs that are published in
the Infor database after an extraction task are extracted into Infor Risk &
Compliance in the next extraction. For details on this configuration setting,
see the
Infor - Configuration Settings guide. These subsequent
extraction tasks are displayed on the
Tasks
page with the same name as the first extraction schedule.
