View or modify details of an existing user

To view or modify details for a user, click the user name link. The page for that specific user is displayed.

  1. Edit the general information as required.
  2. Click the Enable password reset checkbox .The options to generate a new password are enabled. You can now automatically generate a new password for a user or manually enter a new password.
    Note: The option to generate a new password automatically is displayed on this page depending on the configuration of the SMTP server set on Settings-> Configuration->Infor Risk & Compliance System->Outgoing Email Server.
  3. Modify the Out Of Office Settings panel and the Roles panel as required.
    Note: If users are out of office, the Administrator has the option to mark the user out of office through this section. If users are approvers for a request, the Administrator can also appoint an alternate approver in their place. It is also possible for users to mark themselves out of office through the Preferences page. The Out of Office panel will be displayed only if Access Manager is installed on your server.
  4. Click Save.
