Manage your favorites list
Use the Favorites panel to organize the list of your favorite pages and to configure the number of pages that should be displayed on the menu on the top of the User Interface.
Each page in the application gives you the option to add that page to the Favorites list. To add a page to this list, click the icon from the Favorites tab on that page. You will be directed to the pop-up window where you need to enter the name of the page in the Enter Page Name field and click the icon. Click the icon to edit this list. You will be directed to the Preferences page from where the list can be modified.
As you add your favorite pages on the Favorites tab, these pages are added to the List of Favorites. This list can hold a maximum of 30 pages and when the number exceeds 30, the oldest page is deleted. You can remove unwanted pages from the list if desired, move the order of the pages up or down, or clear all the entries to begin afresh.
The options in Maximum List to Display enable you to choose how many pages you want displayed on the Favorites tab. So if you select 10 from the drop-down list, the tab will display only the last 10 favorite pages even though 30 pages are retained in the List of Favorites.
