Copy attributes of user selected in 'Assign roles as this user' request creation field

Create a New User Creation Request page has a field Assign Roles as this User. When you browse and select a user in this field, all the roles assigned to the selected user gets assigned to the new user you are creating.

When you select the option Yes  in this field Copy attributes of 'Assign roles as this user' , all the attributes associated with  the role also gets assigned to the new user you are creating.

If you select the option No, the attributes associated with the role are not assigned to the new user you are creating.
