Limit Rules

Limit rules state that access to certain responsibilities should be given to only a predefined number of users. There is only one limits rule format. As an example, the procedure to build rule conditions for limit rules is provided below :

• Rule Type: Limits Rule
• Object : Responsibility
• Build the rule condition

  To build the condition for Limit rules:

  1. Type in the responsibility name in the autosuggest text box. All responsibilities matching the search criteria are displayed. Select the desired responsibility.
  2. Alternatively, click the Browse icon to browse for and select the desired responsibility.
  3. From the drop-down list, set the limit for the responsibility access.

The above condition limits the 'SYSTEM_ADMINISTRATOR' responsibility access to a maximum of two users.
