Prerequisites

Following are the requirements to enable write back:

• The version of PeopleTools on the ERP (PeopleSoft FISCM/HRMS) should be 8.49 or higher.
• The ERP should have Integration Broker setup, and the Gateway configured to allow web service calls. This can be verified on the ERP server at PeopleToolsIntegration Broker ConfigurationGateways.
• The Service Configuration values should be configured on the ERP server correctly. This can be verified on the ERP at PeopleToolsIntegration BrokerConfigurationService Configuration.
