Step 8: Initialize IRC

After installing and activating IRC services, adapter and Insights, run the InforRisk&CompliancePC.exe utility located at [Install Path] > Core > bin. This utility enhances the IRC page performance so that the page loads faster and easier.

This utility runs in the following instance:

After installation or upgrade

• After IRC Services or application server are re-started
• Restart IIS Web Server. For details, refer to Start and Stop IIS Web Server

To run the utility, go to [Install Path] > Core > bin and double-click InforRisk&CompliancePC.exe.
