Verifying Uninstall

To verify that IRC is uninstalled from your server, check the following:

In Programs and Features

  1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  2. In the List of currently installed programs, check that the following entries do not appear.
    1. IRC Services
    2. IRC Adapters
    3. Entries for IRC Insights
    In the Registry Editor
  3. On the Start menu, click Run, and type regedit in the Open box.
  4. Click OK. The system displays the Registry Editor window.
  5. Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
  6. Open the Software folder.
  7. Remove the Approva folder located under the root Software folder as well as the Approva folder located in the Software\Wow6432Node folder.
