Verify Install and Activation

If installation and activation of IRC Services, Adapter, and Insights is successful, the following entries are available under their respective sections.

On the About IRC page

The About page displays version information about the IRC Platform, IRC Insights, and Service Packs as well as installation dates.

Information is displayed on the following tabs:

• General Setup: This tab displays the versions for IRC Platform and Access Management Services. The entry for the Service Pack is visible on this tab for the products displayed on the Summary Screen.
• Packaged Insights: This tab displays the list and versions of all installed Insights displayed on the Summary Screen.
