Can I start creating scheduled tasks in the Portable Data Scheduler immediately after installation?

After installing the IRC Portable Data Scheduler client, configure the following before creating scheduled tasks:

1. Add the target IRC servers.
2. Add offline extraction projects.
3. Define the default IRC server.
4. Define the export folder.
5. Configure the SMTP server.
