What do I do if a scheduled task to upload data to the target Certification Manager server fails?

The workaround depends on the cause of the failure to upload tasks:

The extracted data files path provided while creating the project is incorrect

Create a new project with correct extracted data files path and execute the task again. You can execute the task again only if the task is set to recur.

Note: If it is a one time task, you need to create the scheduled task again and execute the task.
 
IRC Portable Data Scheduler service is stopped on the target Certification Manager server.

Restart the IRC Portable Data Scheduler service on the target server as follows:

  1. Click Run on the Start menu. The Run pop-up window is displayed.
  2. Enter services.msc in the field provided and click OK . The Services window is displayed.
  3. Right click PDSService and click Start to restart the IRC Portable Data Scheduler service
If the  data source through which the data is being uploaded is deleted from the target Certification Manager application. Create a new data source with the same name in Certification Manager.
