Supported operating system languages

IRC PDE installation is supported on the English (US) locale.

If locales other than English (US) are used, the following changes must be made from Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings:

• The decimal separator should be set to .
• The thousands separator should be set to ,
• The date format should be set to mm/dd/yyyy
