Reconfiguring an existing SAP connector

Sometimes, connectors may require reconfiguration, for example, if a file is corrupt. In such cases, an error is logged at [Install Path]\TMonitor\logs and the SAP Connector needs to be reconfigured.

The Portable Data Extractor Switch SAP Connector Utility can be used to reconfigure connectors as follows:

  1. From the folder [Install Path]\TMonitor\bin, double click PortableDataExtractorSwitchSAPConnector.exe.
  2. From the Select Connector Type drop-down list, select the connector that needs reconfiguration.
  3. Click Apply Changes. A confirmation message is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to continue. The utility displays a message asking if the connector should be tested.
  5. From the Select Connection drop-down list, select the desired connection for verification.
  6. Click Test to verify the connection. The utility verifies the connection and confirms that the connector has been reconfigured.
