IRC PDE can only be installed on a 64-bit system.
The IRC PDE runs a prerequisite check before installation to verify that all the required software is present on the server. This prerequisite check includes O/S specific requirements such as Microsoft .Net Framework v 4.8 for the IRC PDE platform as well as ERP specific checks. If Microsoft .Net Framework is not installed on the machine where IRC PDE will be installed, Setup will not run at all and will display a Windows system error.
