Limit revocation of all roles

This setting is applicable for the Role Assignment Management requests.

The setting in the AMSConfig.xml file can be modified to prevent revocation of all roles assigned to users in a selected Lawson connection.

By default, you can revoke all roles assigned to users. This means that there can be user accounts in Lawson without any role assignments.

This default setting can be modified to ensure that all roles assigned to a user are not revoked. Users should have at least one role assignment in the selected connection.

For this, you need to modify the file AMSConfig.xml This figure is an example of the default setting:

  • True – All roles assigned to a user in Lawson can be revoked.
  • False – At least one role must be assigned to a user in the Lawson system.
