Process Insights for Infor

For Process Insights for Infor, the following components or applications must be configured:

• An Infor enabled ERP
• Infor OS 2021-06
• Business Vault (version 11.3.1) and BDS (version 10.4.5 and above)
• IRC

The Infor enable ERP produces BODs containing Process Insight data. Infor moves the BODs to the Infor Business Vault (Base Data Store database.). The Business Vault receives the BODs, decodes the data (shreds the BODs) and stores it in the Base Data Store (BDS.). IRC extracts the data from the BDS for Analysis.

Some examples of standard BODs are:

• SupplierInvoice
• SalesOrder
• SourceSystemJounalEntry
