Upgrading or Migrating Infor Risk & Compliance Add-ons

When you upgrade your SAP application, you must upgrade the SAP Add-ons so that the Add-ons are compatible with the upgraded version of the SAP application.

The available options for upgrading or migrating IRC Add-ons are:

• Keep (migrate) the Add-on using Vendor Keys: This option allows the existing add-on to be migrated as-is into the upgraded SAP application. This option is used when an upgrade package for the new SAP version is not available, and it is not possible to uninstall or delete the add-on from the current SAP system. The Add-on may need to be upgraded to a compatible version after the SAP application upgrade. Available vendor keys are in the following tables:
  • BIZDEE45
  • BIZRUAI
  • BIZRLIVE
  • BIZRCHG
  Note: Vendor keys are not supported for the NW750 release and later. You can use the ACP or the deletion files before you upgrade your SAP application.
• Delete the Add-on with SAINT package actively: The IRC add-ons can be deleted before upgrading your SAP application. For the deletion files, see KB 2088355. For further assistance contact Infor Support.
