Installing IRC Add-ons using SAINT T-Code

Note the following points before installing a IRC Add-On:

• The SAINT transaction should be executed by an experienced BASIS administrator
• Use the latest SPAM version 50 or above, in which most potential problems are usually corrected. An Add-on can be installed only if there are no incomplete support packages or add-ons in the system. If not, proceed as follows:
• Import the queue completely, and then start installing the IRC Add-on
