Application server

This table describes the various panels of the Application server report:

Panel Description
Application Server Provides server type like physical or virtual, user name, operating system, .NET Framework version, Processor details, Hard disk space utilization details, memory details, server uptime, last rebooted time, and the IRC folder size.
Note:  If the install drive space size exceeds the threshold value, a warning message is displayed on the panel.
IRC Services Details Provides details of the services running on the application server, their current status, the memory consumed by the services, the log in user name, and the result of the service status.
Directory Details Based on the IRC authentication type, this panel provides details of the directory type(AD/ IRC Application Security) in use, the administrator name, the status of the integrated windows authentication, the type of custom authentication, and the IRC shared folder path.
IRC Product Insight and Connection details This panel displays the names of the Insights installed on your system and the respective connection names.
Proxy and IIS User Settings This panel displays details of the Proxy Server and the status of IIS anonymous user. For example, the status of the Proxy Server, the name of the IIS user, virtual folder settings, and policies set for an anonymous user to sign into the windows server on which IRC is installed.
Virtual Folder Settings Provides the virtual folder names, their integrated authentication status, SSL status, the .Net Framework version, Anonymous IIS user access status, and the final status of the folder.
Local Policies For Anonymous User Provides details of the permissions and policies assigned to the Anonymous user.

Allowed permissions Indicates that the anonymous user has permissions to the local policies and Permission denied indicates permission denied.

Folder Permissions Check Provides an insight on the permissions assigned to the administrator on the relevant folders.

Allowed permissions Indicates that the anonymous user has permissions to the local policies and Permission denied indicates permission denied.

DNS Settings Provides DNS details like the Host name, the full name of the Application server, and the status of accessibility.
Application Event Log (Event Type = Error) Provides a list of all the event logs on the application server depending on the event type and number of event logs you have selected on the Configure screen.
IRC Event Log (Event Type = Error) Provides a list of all the IRC event logs that have taken place on the application server. This panel also provides details such as the event id generated by Operating Systems, the source of the event, the event type, the date and time the event has occurred, and the message displayed for the event.
Recent Windows Updates Provides the date and time of the recent window updates and also the description of the update that has taken place.
IRC Product Details Provides product details with install date.
