What is System Health utility

System Health utility helps us to monitor the health of the IRC setup. The utility can be configured to run at a scheduled time.

As an administrator of IRC, it is important to check multiple system configurations periodically. The system configurations may be disk space utilization, memory consumption, database space utilization trend, windows updates installed, application event logs and database error logs.

The System Health utility generates a Server Health report that:

• Notifies the administrator on the current active configurations and errors
• Helps the support team to solve customer issues, if any
