Cleanup analysis results

Frequent analyses can generate large volumes of violations or exceptions that require cleaning up from time to time. The clean-up analysis feature enables you to clean up violations or exceptions results for rule books with the status 'Draft' used in past analyses. The data is removed from the IRC database. This functionality can be used with all the Authorizations Insights as well as the Process Insight based analyses.

You cannot delete the violation data or the exception data associated with rule books that have been placed in the final state. In this case an error message is displayed stating that the rule book must to be in a draft state for the cleanup to be performed.

If a rule book in a draft state contains a combination of rules that are in a final stage, cleanup is done only on the rules in the draft stage.
