What If Analysis Archive

When a request or a What-if analysis is archived and not deleted from the IRC system, it is copied to the archive database. By design, if the same request or What-if analysis is included in a second archive schedule, it will be skipped. If request or What-if violations are mitigated after the initial archive, but prior to the second archive, they will not be reflected in archive database. This is because the request has already been archived and can be considered in an archived state. This is true even if the object still exists in the IRC system because it was not deleted.

To re-archive a request/ What-if analysis after it has been updated, the archive connection must be deleted and re-created. This will clear all of the archived requests/What-if analyses from the archive database.
