Approval Process Templates

The Approval Process Templates page displays a list of all pre-defined approval process templates that are shipped with the application as well as any custom templates created. The default approval process templates displayed on this page depend on the Access Manager Insights installed on your application server.

This section contains the following information:

• Disabled Templates

  If a user is deleted after a full extraction, any approval process templates containing this user as an approver are disabled. Such templates need to be enabled before they can be used in a request. Disabled templates are marked with the Disabled icon. They are not considered while approving requests.

• Default Approval Process Templates

  On Design menu, click Approval Process. This displays the Approval Process Templates page. It contains the pre-defined templates that can be customized to suit your requirements. These templates are both default and custom approval process templates.
