Request Status

After a request is submitted, it may have one of the following statuses depending on the stage it is in.

REQUEST STATUS STAGE
In Progress The time, from when a request is generated, to the time it appears in the panels of the requester or the approver.
Pending Approval For a requestor, it is the time from when a request is submitted to the time it is analyzed or approved by all required approvers or rejected at any approval stage.

For an approver, it is the time from when the approver has approved to the time it is approved by all the approvers or denied or cancelled in any stage.

Pending Application Update For automatic execution: The time taken by a request to complete all retries or until all application updates are complete (whichever is earlier).

For manual execution: The period of time, from when a request has been checked out by an application administrator for application updating to the time it is checked in again.

Queued Applies only to manual execution: The period of time, from when a request has been checked out by an administrator to the time it is checked in again.
Approved When a request is approved and the changes successfully executed as per the request.
Rejected When a request is rejected by any approver.
Failed When IRC encounters a failure either in the approval process or during manual / automatic assignment.
Cancelled When a request is cancelled by a requester.
Auto Cancelled When the Stale Request Cancellation option in the Approval Process or Configuration section is set to Yes.
Completed /Cancelled due to Full Extraction Completed requests are moved to the Completed panel.

However, in case of a full extraction, if some of the requests are not complete and have lost the user-role mapping, they are also moved to the Completed panel.
