User Activity Insight

The User Activity Insight works in conjunction with the Authorizations Insight. For an accurate analysis, the data for each of these Insights must be extracted and analyzed in a specific order:

• Extract data for Authorizations Insight for SAP for a specific connection.
• Run an analysis on this extracted data.
• Extract data for User Activity Insight for the same connection.
• Run an analysis for User Activity Insight on this same data.

The extraction and analysis for the Authorizations Insight for SAP must be completed before the extraction of User Activity Insight data. During the User Activity Insight data extraction, the IRC application links the analyzed Authorizations Insight for SAP data with extracted User Activity Insight data to have a complete picture of user permissions, and the activities that have occurred with the permissions.
