Failed Requests
Failed requests are visible on the Failed panel on the Work Pad as well as in the Request Status drop-down list on the Requests Archive page.
Some of the reasons for which requests may fail are as follows:
- Connection failure.
- A duplicate user request.
- A violation of the password policies.
- If a request is checked in as ‘Failed’ at the final approval stage. This is applicable only if the template is marked for manual completion.
Requests that have completion of request set to 'automatic' may be resubmitted by the request creator or the Super User for provisioning into the SAP system by clicking the link for that request.
