Extraction options
The fields displayed in this panel depend on the Insight selected in the Insights field.
- For Process Insights -
These options are displayed:
- Full: Select this radio
button to scope the data to be extracted using any of these options:
- Select Specific Dates: Click the Calendar icon to select the required dates in the Start and End fields. Data created from 12.01 am on the selected start date to 11.59pm on the selected end date is extracted.
- Select Specific Period: Specify the required number of days in the field provided. For example if you specify 15 days, data created for the last 15 days is extracted.
- Incremental: Select
this radio button to scope the data to be extracted by specifying the Start
Date, End Date, and the number of days by which the subsequent extractions must
be incremented.
The dates selected here are according to the ERP time zone.
- Full: Select this radio
button to scope the data to be extracted using any of these options:
- For Authorizations Insight
for SAP- The following options are displayed:
- Full Extraction: Select this option to schedule a Full extraction. For details, see the Infor Risk & Compliance Online Help.
- Incremental Extraction: Select this option to schedule an Incremental extraction. When you select this option, you must specify the time (in minutes), by which the subsequent extractions must be incremented. For details, see the Infor Risk & Compliance Online Help.
