Scheduling online extraction

After a connection is created, you can use the connection to schedule a data extraction:

  1. On the Schedules page click New Extraction to set up your extraction schedule by defining the scope of the extraction, the time and frequency.
  2. On the New Extraction Schedule page, specify a name and description for the schedule.
  3. Scope the data to be extracted using these filters.
    Connections
    Select the online connection that you set up to your ERP application
    Insight
    Select the Insight that must be used to extract and analyze data.
    Select Objects
    Select the objects to be extracted. This is an optional filter. You can choose to schedule a separate extraction from large tables by selecting or deselecting the objects that will participate in this extraction.
    Note: Additional optional filters are available under Modify Default Filters based on the connection and the selected insight.
  4. Define the date and time at which the extraction must be executed.
  5. Select Recurrence option.
  6. Click Save to save the schedule.
