User Activity report

This report displays details of transactions performed by users or user groups in SAP for a specified period of time.

To generate the report, you must provide this information:

• Connections
  Note:  If the signed-in user does not have access to any of the selected connections, the user activity data extracted from these connections will not be displayed in the report.
• Roles
• Transaction codes
• User ID
• On or After Date or On or Before Date
  Note: The dates selected in these fields may not be the same as the report period displayed in the report. For example, the dates specified in the On or After Date and On or Before Date are 04/01/2010 and 04/30/2010 respectively. However, the report displays the report period as 02/01/2009 to 05/01/2010. This is because the date range displayed as the report period is the range of data that exists for the specified connection in the MONI (Approva_TEH_SAP_MONITransactionHistory) table and not the range specified in the report filters. This behavior is by design and is dependent on the SAP settings defined by the SAP Basis administrator. These settings operate in the day, week, month and year format and are reflected in the STAT and MONI tables in SAP and hence extracted as a part of User Activity Insight for SAP extraction.

You can perform these actions through this report:

• Click a transaction in the Transaction column to view users with Selected Transaction Codes report.
• The last used on column displays the month and year when the transaction was last executed. Click the value in this column to view the User Activity Details report for that user.
