Role Violations report

This report displays the role violations and their details for a selected analysis. You can use this report to mitigate violations by assigning compensatory controls.

Note: The rule books, rules, and parameter lists available for selection to scope down the report vary according to the analysis selected in the Analysis Name, Date and Time filter.

The report provides this information:

Role violations generated for the selected analysis. These violations are grouped by rules.
The rule name, rule book, and rule format that prompted the violation.
Control objectives, documentation, and description assigned to the violating rule.

You can perform these actions through this report:

Click the rule book name or rule name to view details of the rule book and the rule respectively.
Click the role name link to view the Authorizations Details by Roles report.
Click View Reason to view the Violation Details report.
Click Filters Used In Report to view the filters selected to generate this report
Click Analysis Configuration to view the filters selected to scope the analysis.
Click Mitigate to take action on violations in the Violation browser..

Note: The Mitigate link is available only to the rule owner, rule book owner, and the business process owner. For details on actions to remediate the violations, refer to the Infor Risk & Compliance Online help.
